Hilary currently serves as the Fitness Trainer for the Tennessee Titans Cheerleaders and has also worked with two of Nashville’s premier rugby teams. Lacey is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Certified Personal Trainer, and Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach with a specialized focus in mobility, corrective exercise, injury prevention and rehabilitation, and adaptive training. Before transitioning into coaching, she spent ten years as a Clinical and Neuromuscular Massage Therapist - an experience that provided her with a deep understanding of human movement, injury recovery, and structural balance. Her holistic approach to training is rooted in both science and experience, helping clients move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best. Lacey is inspired by the supportive, empowering spirit of the CrossFit community and drawn to the grit, strength, skill, and variety the sport offers.

He has developed and led mobility and recovery programming for high-performance training environments, including the 2018 EXOS Texas Combine Preparatory Group. Ken’s passion lies in helping athletes build extraordinary resilience through movement, mobility, and recovery. His goal is to empower individuals to live strong, healthy, and adaptable lives - both in and out of the gym.

Brandon Henderson

Brandon became a CrossFit coach to support individuals at every stage of their health and fitness journeys, no matter how big or small, while ensuring they enjoy the process. Although he enjoys the intensity of lifting and dynamic workouts, Brandon takes particular pride in guiding clients on nutrition and overall wellness, drawing from his personal experience of losing over 80 pounds. Additionally, Brandon has completed a 70.3 Ironman, demonstrating his dedication to endurance and disciplined training. Outside of the gym, he is an active member of the community as a tattoo artist at Dead Ahead Tattoo Co., located just down the street.
