Lacey is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Coach. She specializes in Mobility, Corrective Exercise, Injury Pre/Rehab, and Exercise Adaptations. Prior to transitioning to a coach and trainer, she spent a decade as a Clinical and Neuromuscular Massage Therapist. This experience gave her a strong understanding of the body and how it works best, especially when it comes to working through or correcting injuries and imbalances. She loves the support and encouragement of the Crossfit community and is drawn to the grit, power, strength, skill, and variety that CrossFit embodies. When she's not working or training, you can find her paddle boarding on the river or hanging from the ceiling tangled in her aerial silks.
I wanted my clients to take a more active role in their health and healing, becoming a Coach and Personal Trainer was the perfect transition from Massage!
